1. How long does shipping take?

We process all orders within 1–2 business days. Once shipped, delivery typically takes:

Shipping is calculated by weight at checkout. The minimum rate is $5.99 (for orders up to approx. 60g / 2.1 oz). Heavier orders are charged the actual weight-based rate, shown before you pay.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary during peak holiday seasons (November–December).

2. Do you ship internationally?

We currently ship to the United States (all 50 states, including Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories) and Canada. We do not ship to other countries at this time. If you're outside these regions and interested in our products, send us an email — we're working on expanding!

3. What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.

To start a return, email us with your order number. Once we receive and inspect the return, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 14 business days. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

4. How do I track my order?

All orders include free tracking. Once your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number and a link to track your package online.

Tracking information usually updates within 2–4 business days after shipping. If your tracking hasn't updated after 5 business days, reach out to us at hello@makerlly.com and we'll look into it.

5. What payment methods do you accept?

We do not store your payment card details — all payments are processed through trusted, secure third-party providers.

6. What materials are your beads and charms made of?

7. Are the bead colors true to the product photos?

We photograph all products in natural lighting to show colors as accurately as possible. However, colors may vary slightly depending on your screen settings and monitor calibration. If you're unsure about a color, email us — we're happy to help you pick the right shade for your project.

8. Do you offer wholesale or bulk discounts?

If you're ordering for a classroom, studio, workshop, or retail shop, we'd love to help. Email us at hello@makerlly.com with the product(s) you're interested in and approximate quantities — we'll put together a custom quote.

9. Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

Yes — if you contact us within 2 hours of placing your order, we can usually make changes or cancel before processing begins. After 2 hours, your order may already be in processing and we can't guarantee changes. Email us as soon as possible at hello@makerlly.com.

11. Do you sell finished jewelry or just supplies?

We're a craft supplies store — we sell beads, charms, cords, tools, and DIY kits so you can create your own jewelry. We don't sell finished jewelry. Everything we carry is meant for makers, crafters, and DIY creators like you.

That said, our DIY Kits come with everything you need to complete a specific project — perfect for beginners or anyone who wants a curated set of materials.
