📦 Order Processing
- Processing time: 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed.
- Orders placed before 12:00 PM (EST) on business days begin processing the same day.
- Orders placed on weekends or US holidays begin processing the next business day.
- You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

🌎 Where We Ship
- We currently ship to the United States (all 50 states, including Alaska, Hawaii, and US territories).
- We also ship to Canada — delivery takes 10–20 business days via Standard Shipping.
- Shipping to other countries is not available at this time. Check back soon as we expand!
🔍 Tracking Your Order
- All orders include free tracking.
- Once your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number and a link to track your package online.
- Tracking updates typically appear within 2–4 business days after shipment.
- If your tracking hasn't updated after 5 business days, contact us at hello@makerlly.com — we'll look into it.
❓ Common Questions
My package says "delivered" but I didn't receive it.
First, check with neighbors and your local post office — sometimes packages are left in unexpected places. If you still can't find it after 48 hours, email us and we'll help resolve it.
Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
Email us at hello@makerlly.com within 2 hours of placing your order. We can't guarantee changes after the order has been processed.
Do you ship to P.O. Boxes?
Yes! Standard Shipping can deliver to P.O. Boxes.
What about customs fees or import duties?
Orders under $800 shipped to the US are generally duty-free under the de minimis threshold. For Canadian orders, customs fees or duties may apply and are the responsibility of the buyer.
